Our History

1960

LSt. Joseph's Hospital Federal Credit Union is established in Hillsborough County.

2011

A new credit union location is opened at St. Joseph's Hospital - North.

2016

St. Joseph's Hospital FCU acquires West Coast FCU.

2018

St. Joseph's Hospital FCU changes its name to FiCare, Healthcare's Financial Partner.

2021

Field of membership expands to serve all healthcare employees throughout Florida.

FiCare receives the Florida Credit Union of the Year award from the League of Southeastern Credit Union & Affiliates (category ≤ $100 million in assets).
